During my year as project lead at team CORE, I learned how to take a project from a vague concept to a concrete idea and pilot. Not only by ensuring that there was a plan and everyone knew what to do and where to go for help but also by connecting with the market and collaborating with experts, I developed myself in many different ways. I learned to take on tasks that lay outside my comfort zone and how to navigate an engineering high technical playing field, in this case, solar-panel recycling.
Or as the CEO of CORE put it: “Amy can create clarity in the total chaos of a new project, within a new organization that is still searching for its identity. In which she is able to take everyone with her, even her management”.
